When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2 days after your order is placed. During product launches, holidays, or preorder events, processing times may be longer. WE SHIP OUT ORDERS EVERY FRIDAY!

Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

Do you offer preorders?

Yes! Many of our collections launch as limited-time preorders. This allows us to create exclusive designs while reducing waste. Estimated shipping dates are provided before checkout.

Are your designs limited edition?

Many of them are! Several of our collections are released in limited quantities or as one-time drops. Once they're gone, they may not return.

What size shirts do you offer?

Most apparel is available from Small through 3XL, with select designs offered in additional sizes. Check each product page for specific availability.

What brands of shirts do you print on?

We choose soft, comfortable, high-quality apparel from trusted brands. Shirt brands may vary depending on the collection, but quality is always our priority.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. Because preorder and custom items are made specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup?

When available, local pickup options will appear during checkout.

Can I buy your designs in stores?

Currently, Marshy Meadows products are sold primarily through our website and select special events. We're always exploring new retail partnerships.
